This intensive one-day workshop is presented by leading evaluation consultant, Dr Stacey Waters, who has extensive government and private sector experience designing and implementing program interventions. It will increase your capacity and confidence to effectively evaluate your projects, set clear goals and much more. You can also bring along your own project for friendly on the spot feedback to help you with your evaluation plan!

Learn to:
– Understand the importance of evaluating your project
– Identify the differences between process, impact and outcome evaluation
– Write clear project goals and objectives
– Effectively choose the appropriate evaluation plan for your project
– Collect qualitative and quantitative data
– Develop surveys and other evaluation tools
– Apply the Department of Health’s REFIG model to your project’s evaluation
– Understand the ethics of evaluation.
